Kevin Mitchell and Shelley Mitchell, the owners, formed CCH Pools in 2002 at the request of many of their new home clients. Since then Kevin and Shelley have been working hand in hand with clients to turn their outdoor dreams into reality. CCH Pools provides all their clients with personal attention in design, construction, selection of coping and tile, decking options and plaster colors. We take care of all the details from beautiful water features, to making sure the sprinkler system is working during and after construction with our licensed repair man to our certified pool maintenance specialist who takes care of your pool for the first 3 months of operation and teaches you how to best care for your pool.

We are one of the few authorized Jandy Service technicians and Pro Edge dealers in the East Texas area. We have an APSP certified service technician and a licensed small appliance electrician on staff to provide our clients with in house workers instead of subcontracting out the important workings of your pool.

Kevin started in the construction business in Longview at the age of 14 assisting in his fathers A/C and insulation company, his uncle’s brick mason company and a close family friends new home construction business. He has personally worked in almost every field of construction. This has given Kevin a great understanding and knowledge of every stage of the construction process and puts him at the forefront as one of the most experienced in all aspects of construction in this area. Kevin has a BBA from the University of Texas at Tyler. Shelley and Kevin were married in 1991 and have 2 children, Ethan attends Texas A&M and Erin attends Longview High School.
